Dream Kitchen Makeover

Old kitchen was completely removed, all new everything including two new windows, new flooring, lights, appliances, custom cabinets and large island.

BEFORE

A lot of wasted space and island was very disfunctional. Client rarely used the table so used that space to expand kitchen area. Also reduced the right window to expand useable wall space. Added a window to go over the new kitchen sink location.

BEFORE

Custom solid wood dining edge cantilevered out from quartz countertop to define and embellish the seating area. Corner seating allows for better face to face when 2 or more are seated.

China cabinet Makeover

Changed the hardware, new paint job, new quartz counter and mounted the top section to the wall to give more height.

BEFORE

With the sink in center of the island there was little working space left.

Lots of drawers for lots of storage, including a microwave drawer.

Left of the coffee bar there was lots of room for an appliance garage with pull out shelf as well as lots of room for all the cook books above.

A custom double pullout, one for oils etc, and one for spices.

Spice pullout has 2 tiers for each shelf so you can easily see all the labels.

Second pullout allows for larger bottles such as oils and vinegars.

Custom paper towel drawer.

Large pull up appliance shelf and pot filling tap above stove were part of the dream list.

A comfy window seat with pet feeding station underneath. Pull out drawer for pet food.
